Applications for cabins and campsites are open from 2026-03-05 to 2026-04-28 (5 days to 2 months from now).

People can apply in groups. Beds can be reserved for 1 to 12 people per group, and campsites can be reserved for 1 to 4 people per group. Each group can apply for a maximum of 3 campsites.

The applicant must be the group leader and a member of the group staying. Application-related information (such as payment, bed availability, etc.) is only available to the applicant, who is bound as the group leader.

The application system will draw lots for beds and camping spaces at 3:00 PM on the 30th day before the accommodation date, and the results will be announced at 3:30 PM.If you have applied for accommodation consecutively, the system will announce the final accommodation lottery date on the website. Applications that were not selected for beds or camping spaces will be placed on a waiting list (the waiting list is not ordered).

From 5 to 29 days before your arrival date, a lottery will be held daily at 3:00 PM for available beds and camping spots. The results will be announced on the website.

Once a team has applied, additional guests are not permitted. To add guests, you must cancel your reservation and reapply.

Winning orders will be notified via SMS and email. The payment account number can be found in the order's Payment Information. Unselected orders will be automatically placed on the waiting list without further notice.

Up to two members can be removed from the selected application before payment. Please modify or delete them in the edit section. After the number of members is reduced, a new payment account number will be generated and can be found in the Payment Information. The system will not notify you further.

Once payment is completed, the order will automatically be changed to Paid. The system will not notify you further. Those who paid at the counter should check the next day or later.

On your day of climbing, please bring your ID to the trailhead staff or the lodge administrator for verification. Your bed or campsite number will then be provided.

Those applying to enter the Beidawushan National Trail for mountaineering activities are required to provide their own meals, tents, sleeping bags, oxygen cylinders, and medical supplies for personal health needs.

Once your reservation is selected, only the tour leader can be changed; changes to the guests are prohibited.

Prohibitions: According to Article 34 of the Forest Act, any fire-related activities, such as land preparation, campfires, or barbecues, are prohibited within forest areas and forest reserves. Violators will be fined NT$120,000 to NT$600,000 in accordance with Article 56 of the same Act.
